I go to flickr.com and I go to the "advanced search" page and check those three boxes at the bottom to make sure im using only images that are allowed. I search a few different keywords, until I find the one I like the most. Then I drop it into photoshop, resize it to 610x a number to keep it proportionate. Then I drag and drop the overlay and change the text. Their is my mini-post on finding images. @ Ajith: lol,your not the first one to ask me.
